1. Information we collect

When you submit a form, book a call, or request a revenue audit, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, capital range, timeline, market interest, and any notes you share with us.

We also automatically collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed, in order to understand how the site is used.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and prepare for strategy calls, send deal information you requested, deliver and improve our services, and communicate updates relevant to your engagement with us.

We may also use aggregated, de-identified data to analyze site performance and improve our marketing.

3. Communications

By submitting a form you consent to be contacted by email, phone, or text about your inquiry. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or emailing hello@revarity.com. We may still send transactional messages relating to an active engagement.

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging terms are in our SMS Terms.
