1. Client results are individual

Results, payouts, and reviews shown on this site come from real Revarity clients and are shared with their written permission. They reflect that client's unit, market, timing, and effort. They are not typical, and they are not a promise of what you will earn.

2. Projections are estimates

Deal figures such as projected Year 1 operating profit and estimated cost to start are modeled projections from our analysis tools. They are estimates, not guarantees, and can change with rent, seasonality, regulations, pricing, occupancy, and costs.

3. Portfolio figures

Portfolio statistics such as revenue, nights booked, and review ratings are drawn from booking platform and property management system data (including Airbnb and Guesty) for units we set up or manage. Some figures are estimates across channels and are labeled as such.
